Job Description: Purely Personnel Limited have partnered with a leading manufacturing company to appoint an Accounts Receivable Clerk to their expanding team. The role is ideal for an individual who has at least a few years in Accounts Receivable & is looking for a great development opportunity in a well-established business that has offices in more than 100 countries in the world.

Main Duties:
  • Processing of customer invoices and credit notes
  • Posting of customer receipts
  • Chasing customers for payment
  • Management of rental database and invoicing processing
  • Daily communications with internal teams relating to order statuses
  • Ensuring any overdue debt issues are communicated effectively to aid resolution
  • Monthly Debt reporting and meetings
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Customer setup and credit checks where necessary
  • Other Ad hoc/project related work


Experience and skills:
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Experience in Manufacturing would be desirable
  • Ability to be flexible in approach
  • Confident communicator, as you will be liaising with different departments
  • Intermediate to high level Excel skills
  • Sage 200 would be desirable
  • AAT qualifications would be desirable
  • Team player, positive attitude & organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail and able to work at a fast pace
